Delete Account

This page explains how users of Asynee can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@asynee.com from the email address on your Asynee account.
  2. Use subject line: Delete My Asynee Account.
  3. Include your account email and (if applicable) organization name.
  4. We may ask for identity verification before deletion.

You can also request deletion from inside the app by contacting support from your account settings.

What data is deleted

  • Account profile details (name, profile settings, and account identifiers).
  • Authentication record tied to your account email.
  • Personal notification preference records associated with your account.

What may be retained

  • Workspace records that are required for organizational continuity (for example task history, approvals, audit events, and team activity logs) may be retained or anonymized based on organization admin controls.
  • Security and fraud-prevention logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
  • Records required by applicable law may be retained for the legally required period.

Processing timeline

We target completion of verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional legal or security review is required, completion may take longer and we will notify you.
